The folly is that this is seen as a ‘missed opportunity’ – IT ISN’T – it’s what they want you to believe – the strategy is an thinly disguised means of covering themselves, using the right words, for the mayhem that is ensuing as disabled people, mentally ill people are murdered all over the country
